Mobile phones are very useful when you are out and about. Choose a phone that is not too complicated to use and remember to keep it charged and turned on!
If you cannot afford a telephone at home you might be able to get help. Disabled people should contact Social Services. You may be eligible for a loan from the Benefits Agency Social Fund if you meet certain criteria.
